If you are a Retailer, please follow these steps in this order. This form has to be filled in before wholesale pricing is approved:
1. Click on “My Account” and register a new user.
2. You will receive an email. Click on the email link to set your new password and activate your account. You will only see wholesale pricing once this application has been approved.
3. Fill in this Wholesale Registration Form and include your Username (created in step 1).
4. Once your Wholesale application has been approved, you will receive an email. Wholesale pricing will now be available to you.
